Maryland Pro Real Estate, Inc. is a Keller Williams-affiliated Maryland corporation founded in 2007. The company is the real estate sales and consulting company of real estate agent Michael Wist and his assistant and market analyst Matthew Blevins.

Michael is a Maryland-licensed Realtor® as well as a member of the Maryland Association of Realtors®, the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. He has served his clients in his capacity as a knowledgeable residential real estate agent since 2003.

In addition to being a professional real estate agent and market expert, Michael is an entrepreneur, property owner and real estate investor who has purchased, sold, analyzed, invested in, managed and leased both residential and commercial properties for his personal and corporate real estate portfolios.

Michael graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s College in 1996 and holds degrees in both Economics and English. His undergraduate work in economics spurred an interest in financial and real property markets, with a particular interest in real estate purchasing and financing.

Michael’s business acumen extends beyond that of mere agent, instead touching upon the various processes involved with the purchase of real estate, from market analysis to financing packages and special government programs.

Michael brings a common sense approach and an acute market expertise to all of the real estate transactions in which he is involved, serving his clients in the role of both agent and consultant. Having forged relationships with professionals in ancillary industries, Michael also assists clients with aspects of the real estate sales and buying process that go beyond mere brokering of the transaction.
